I just realized this as I tried to insert the ISNI into this entry.

itemid="0000 0001 2103 2683", but there needs to be a way to refer that number back to the identifier scheme that says "this is an ISNI"

But Ed,

That is not an author.  That is a weblink identifier about an author entity named William Shakespeare.
