RE: webschema-ISSUE-13 (Describing Real Estate): Schema.org should document how best to describe Real Estate [Feedback on Schema.org]

After delving into the MITS "Property Marketing" schema, I'd like to
point out that they have also decided to provide the number of bathrooms
in decimal format. As I recently pointed out, Zillow (not a MITS
sponsor) provides the number of bathrooms in decimal format, as do
Rent.com and Apartments.com (both MITS sponsors).

Examples of bathrooms listed in decimal format:
Aparment.com: http://tinyurl.com/apartment-com-baths
Rent.com: http://tinyurl.com/rent-com-baths
Zillow.com: http://tinyurl.com/zillow-com-baths

I feel pretty strongly that the number of bedrooms and baths be
provided in decimal format. In my mind, these attributes are not meant
to tell the whole story, but to provide easier ways to index, search,
and sort data. There is, and will always need to be a description to
tell the fully story.

I just think adding a field for a half bath would be a bad precedent to
set here.

I really do want to hear everyone's opinion though. It's going to take
all of us to make this happen.
