I can confirm this. The definition for @openingHours on schema.org seems 
to be buggy. The following code corresponds to the rules on schema.org:

<timedatetime="We 11:00-24:00"itemprop="openingHours">11:00-24:00</time>

Rich Snippet Testing Tool says:
Warning: openinghours refers to a datetime format that is not ISO 8601.
