Possible VCWG F2F Mar/Apr?

Matt and I want to collect thoughts on the possibility of having another
face-to-face meeting in March or April.  We expect that we will have
published a Candidate Recommendation by then and will be reviewing and
addressing feedback around that time frame.

One thought was to attach it to Rebooting the Web of Trust in Barcelona
March 1-3.  However, March 4th is exactly 8 weeks away today, which means
even that would violate our 8 weeks notice expectation since we wouldn't
have an official notice out today.

Thoughts?  Other suggestions?
