please accept my apologies for tomorrow's meeting, but I will be flying
to a project meeting at the time.

FYI, I have undertaken the following actions since last week

1. Sent you all a copy of our responses to the privacy questionnaire.
Since I have had no comments I am forwarding them to PING.

2. Produced a draft response for PING to consider to our latest data
model spec.

3. Made contact with Clare and Chris in preparation for TPAC (but there
is still some further liaison to do here)
