Note that for our March 13 and 20 teleconferences, if you are outside the US the teleconference time will effectively be *one hour earlier* for you.  After that point Europe and the US will be on the same Daylight Savings Time schedule again.  Regions that do not observe Daylight Savings Time will continue to notice the one-hour time difference through the summer.
