Hi all, As many of you know, Veres One is a fit-for-purpose blockchain that implements the Decentralized Identifier specification being developed in the W3C Credentials Community Group. Some implementations of the VCWG's specifications utilize Decentralized Identifiers, which is why members from this mailing list are being invited to participate. Veres One has an open governance model[1] with a foundation that is the W3C Veres One Community Group. We are preparing to launch this group more formally in the coming weeks by announcing the Board of Governors and the Advisory Council. We will also start making decisions, based on community group input, that affect the production deployment of the network.
