April F2F cost and hosting

Our most recent information from IIW is that we can pay to use a room for
our Friday F2F meeting for $2000.

As an alternative, Richard Varn and ETS have graciously offered to host us
for free at their San Francisco office.

In today's call I will be asking for verbal commitments on how much
attendees and their sponsoring organizations are willing to pay to cover
the $2000 room cost.  If the total does not reach $2000 we will be meeting
at ETS in San Francisco.

Please consider what you and your organization would prefer and are willing
to offer.
