Please accept my apologies for absence from today's meeting as I have a
prior appointment. However I have been through all my outstanding
actions and I believe I have resolved them all. Specifically

1. I have created PR#337 which resolves the validation vs verification
debate that was concluded in PR#298

2. I have resolved the conflicts in the remove delegation PR#283 and
also replaced the Subject Only ToU with Subject Only property.

I received a message from Grant Noble to review some of his changes, but
they appeared to be in his private repository and not in the W3C one. So
I have not acted on this message. Could Grant tell me which PR this
refers to please
