Use Cases Note published!

Congratulations all, a first version of the Verifiable Claims Use Cases
document was published as a WG Note yesterday! [1]

Note that commenters were encouraged to either use our GitHub repo or to
email public-vc-comments@w3.org .  An archive of emails sent there, along
with instructions on how to join that list, are available. [2]
