Hi Joe

Since you are the editor for the use case evaluation spreadsheet, can we
have one evaluation sheet for each leaf of the subject/holder
relationship diagram that I distributed. This should help to prune the
60+ use cases down to a more manageable number, and ensure that all of
the decision cases are dealt with.
