Attached is a marked up PDF of the draft of July 24. (Sorry I didn’t notice the update on July 27.) My comments and proposed changes are pretty much confined to their immediate lexical contexts so I don’t imagine that there should be a problem of interpreting them with respect to the more recent draft.
