RE: Comment on Delivery Context Ontology

The corresponding UAProf item is CurrentBearerService, and the UAProf description for this is "The bearer on which the current session was opened". So the UAProf definition assumes the presence of a session, and that the session is associated with a single bearer (the one used when the session was opened). It is possible, though seldom seen, for an application to have more than one bearer active. Thus one may have to distinguish between the current bearer and the active bearers (plural intended). One possible solution would be to rename from activeNetworkBearer to currentNetworkBearer and changing the cardinality to "=1", while retaining the reference to UAProf. One could then add activeNetworkBearers (cardinality ">=0") with no reference to UAProf as the concept of multiple active bearers is not entertained in UAProf. But as it's an unusual case, perhaps this additional entry would not be missed.

Subject: Comment on Delivery Context Ontology

Hi,

here's a comment on the Delivery Context Ontology
(<http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/WD-dcontology-20071221/>):

16 Network Support
The occurance for activeNetworkBearer is specified as '? 0'. Shouldn't
this be '= 1'?
