Reminder: security activity proposal

Hello,

this is a quick reminder that the security activity proposal (i.e.,
the formal stuff around the proposed Web Security Context WG [1]) is
up for AC review through 6 October.

Those of you who want to participate in this work and haven't talked
to their W3C AC reps, yet, should do so soon; I'm very happy to help
find the relevant contact information if needed.

If you do not have an AC representative, yet, and want to
participate, pleae contact me off-list.
