No, I use "General Conformance Check". The requested URL is:
http://www.aadmm.de/en/css.htm

The "border-radius" element is in a style sheet inside the XHTML.
The "text-shadow" element is for my CSS tests also inside, but
I use another declaration of "text-shadow" for my site in the 
master CSS file for media screen.

Aside from that, after I read your psoting, I test with the
"Check CSS Style Sheets" profile, switch to CSS3 and "border-radius"
pass the test without any errors.

It seems that the "General Conformance Check" use the CSS2 profile
as standard. 

Sorry, I doesn't have known this.
