RE: [minutes] TV Control WG Call - 2017-04-04

Francois, Chris, all

Noting Chris's comment below about making a concrete decision early in May, I'm talking about the TV Control API work at the EBU BroadThinking conference on the 4th of May.  Given this, if we are able to make a decision before then (preferably far enough ahead that I can prepare the appropriate slides!) it would be very helpful.
