This covers not just PIN management, but channel scanning and (potentially) channel management functions such as re-ordering the channel list, as well as some of the functionality related to content encryption. Yes. Francois has added a table to the [wiki](https://www.w3.org/wiki/TV_Control/Application_Types) for us to summarise which functionality should be available to the various kinds of applications.
