Nominate Chris Needham as Co-Chair of TV Control API CG

Hello,

I am glad to see that TV Control API WG was officially created on Tuesday this week. I am also glad to see that Chris Needham chairs the WG.

In order to better align the activities between CG and WG, I hereby nominate Chris Needham as the Co-Chair of CG, effective immediately.

With the capacity of both WG Chair and CG Co-Chair, Chris will have full flexibility of finding the best approach to align the activities between CG and WG, consolidate resources and work items as needed, and achieve the goal and deliverables.

Please support Chris in his new role and his effort for the best interest of members.
