nigelmegitt has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2: == Changes document references unmerged pull request == The [changes document](https://w3c.github.io/ttml2/ttml2-changes.html) currently includes: * Specify that tts:ruby is unalterable (w3c/ttml2#1146). However this was closed without merging based on a group decision, so the entry should be removed. I checked all the other entries, and they point to pull requests that were merged.
