skynavga has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2: == Clarify prose regarding feature and extension support. == The heading of [Appendix E](https://w3c.github.io/ttml2/index.html#features) is inconsistent with the definition of [[feature](https://w3c.github.io/ttml2/index.html#terms-feature)] which is based upon the underlying functionality (syntax and semantics) as opposed to the purpose of [Appendix E](https://w3c.github.io/ttml2/index.html#features) which is to define [_feature designations_](https://w3c.github.io/ttml2/index.html#feature-designations). The same applies to [Appendix F](https://w3c.github.io/ttml2/index.html#extensions) with respect to [[extension](https://w3c.github.io/ttml2/index.html#terms-extension)] versus the definition of [_extension designations_](https://w3c.github.io/ttml2/index.html#extension-designations).
