TTML Wikipedia page

Hi all,

Philippe recently noticed that the TTML wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timed_Text_Markup_Language wasn’t very accurate or up to date. He and I have both had a go at improving it recently, and no doubt there are plenty more improvements that could be made, for example adding in information about authoring tools, open source implementations etc., or adding brief examples, or maybe pointing to the IMSC documentation on MDN. If you have some expertise in this area, you might want to take a look and edit it to add more information.
