skynavga has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2: == Inconsistent application of profile combination methods. == The procedures for constructing effective content and processor profiles applies an inconsistent rule to the combination of profiles when those profiles derive from a list of designators versus a list of top-level profiles. In both cases, they should be using the same methods, namely, `ttp:contentProfileCombination` and `ttp:processorProfileCombination`.
