Coincidentally there are regrets for this date from Nigel, and it is the week after TPAC. Options are: 1. Cancel our meeting on 1st November 2. Use UTC 1500 for 1st November, which would be 1 hour later than normal in USA but the same time as normal in Europe 3. Use UTC 1400 for 1st November, which would be 1 hour earlier than normal in Europe but the same time as normal in USA For meetings beginning 8th November I propose to move to UTC 1500 which is the same time as usual when not in DST.
