dialling in to TPAC 2018 F2F meetings?

Please let me know if you intend to dial into the TPAC meetings on Monday and Tuesday 22nd and 23rd October so I can order a speakerphone. I have been asked not to request one "just in case" to avoid unnecessary costs.

I need to make the request by 1st October at the latest.
