Based on the thread at https://github.com/w3c/imsc/issues/211#issuecomment-279009406 :

Replace

> All regions shall not extend beyond the root container, i.e. the
intersection of the sets of coordinates belonging to a region and the
sets of coordinates belonging to the root container is the set of
coordinates belonging to the region.

with:

>All regions shall not extend beyond the root container, i.e. every
coordinate in the set
of coordinates of each region is also in the set of coordinates of the
root container.
