nigelmegitt has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2: == Ignore the ttml2.html build artefact == The build process generates `spec/ttml2.html` before copying (not moving) it to the `/spec/build` directory. That artefact gets left behind, and an unwitting committer is likely to push it to the pull request branch. It should be added to `.gitignore`.
