[ttml-webvtt-mapping] suggested position alignment value "start" does not exist in WebVTT

pthopesch has just created a new issue for

In chapter 2.3.2 it is suggested to “Always provide the optional 
position alignment value 'start'.”

But according to the WebVTT specification the optional position 
alignment values can only be one of the following strings: 
„line-left“, „center“ and „line-right“
