TT 1.0, section O errata

Hi,

In "caption style examples" section O,
namespaces declarations being as:

<tt ttp:cellResolution="60 20"
xml:lang="en" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/ns/ttml"
xmlns:tts="http://www.w3.org/ns/ttml#parameter"
xmlns:tts="http://www.w3.org/ns/ttml#styling">

Where cellResolution's namespace URI is unresolved.
We also have 2 uri matching the same prefix.

I believe the correct namespace declaration should be
xmlns:ttp="http://www.w3.org/ns/ttml#parameter"

Every following example is a copy/paste.
