On product: TTML WebVTT mapping note

The note states: "The following CSS properties allowed by WebVTT have no corresponding TTML @style attributes: background-attachment background-image background-position background-repeat [...]"

IMSC1 (and SMPTE-TT) allow the (limited) use of images through the smpte:backgroundImage attribute.

Recommend adding contrained support for background-image to the mapping specification.
