Sylvia,

In order to publish with Echidia, you will need a Manifest file; a text 
file with the following lines:

webvtt-staged-snapshot.html
webvtt-region-diagram.png



Could you please add this Manifest file in the following directory
http://dev.w3.org/html5/webvtt/


Then when using Echidia,
- enter, as the source of the document to be published, the URI of this 
manifest file.
