If you want to look at the early draft minutes from today's TTWG meeting they're at http://www.w3.org/2015/04/10-tt-minutes.html however they need substantial editing because I need to remove the duplicated section from yesterday's minutes. I'll send an update when I've done that; in the meantime do let me know if you have any edits to make.
