RE: Revised ED of IMSC

Hi Pierre,

The revised draft now satisfies all my concerns regarding accessibility :-)

However, I am still unconvinced about placing the alt element under a metadata element as I believe that the alt text should have equal status within the document as the image... they are *intentionally* equivalents.
I also feel that the location under metadata may prejudice consideration of promoting smpte:backgroundImage and ittm:altText into full TTML namespace elements within TTML 2.0.
