plh: I also shifted the dates for the WebVTT timelines, but
left the TTML ones the same.

nigel: Live production and streaming note LC won't happen in
March as we don't have a draft now.
... Suggest pushing back LC to May 2014, for Live Production
   and Streaming Note

plh: has edited draft charter with this new date.

so looking forward to his input.

pal: Looking at Change Proposal 19: I'm assigned as the owner
but all the issues are assigned to Glenn.

action-264: Nigel to check CP19 assignee as looks like it
   should be Glenn.

<trackbot> Notes added to action-264 Ensure all p1 and p2
issues not closed belong in a change proposal.

pal: CP18 is all about adding image support to TTML2 and
there's a Consider Adding Issue-287 for generic binary files.
This is a different issue and better related to
... issue-241 which is inline binary data. Maybe pull Issue-241
out of CP11 and combining with issue-287 might make more sense.

nigel: should image addition be dependent on generic binary
   files?

pal: not really, images could be defined by external reference
   as well.

action-264: consider pulling issue-287 out of CP18 and
combining with issue-241 perhaps in a new CP

<trackbot> Notes added to action-264 Ensure all p1 and p2
issues not closed belong in a change proposal.
