TTML Charter on October 17 agenda

Sean,

Can we have a discussion regarding the next TTML charter during the
October 17 call, starting at the top of the second hour (ie 11am Boston
time)? David Singer is available to join us at that time.

I haven't updated the draft since May so it does not address any of the
issues raised. I'll try to compile a list of all the issues before then.
