For Action-126 (http://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/actions/126) and Issue-195 (http://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/issues/195). In addition to new requirement agreed for Issue-194 - "The root container origin shall be the upper left corner of the related video coding; and the extent shall be the lower right corner." Make 0026 a note and indicate how to calculate the font size: NOTE: Constraining the root container size to equal the active video area means that the default font size of 1c and the default cell grid of 32 x 15 (as specified in TTML 1.0) implies an initial font height of 6.67% of the video height.
