Time: 10am Eastern, 2pm UK, 7am Pacific.

1) Review proposed timetable
     All implementations no later than July 1
     All issues should be identified by April 1
     No more new things into the draft after May 1

2) Update on revision of draft spec

3) Sean's proposal for required features
