need to add exception to statement regarding false negatives found in informative note at end of section 4.1; in particular, use of RNC schema to validate will produce a false negative when xml:id appears on an element in a foreign namespace that is contained in the tt:metadata element;

this exceptional false negative does not impact the formal validity assessment of TTAF documents, since we define validity assessment on an abstract document instance from which all foreign namespace elements and attributes have been previously removed;
