I have been working on resolving Issue 40 for the last 4 days, or at least
creating effective spec language to do this, which requires quite a bit of
careful thinking and editorial work. As I am still not finished, it is
probably better to defer today¹s telecon to next week, by which time I will
have posted a new draft with the resolution of this issue.
