************************************************************************
1. telecon slot assignment
************************************************************************

[GA] Doesn't look like 1/2 hours later will work; how about 1 hour
ealier?
[DS]/[MD] ok with 1100Eastern
[GF] would miss 1100Eastern every other Thur unless we change dates.
[GA] check with [EH] and [DB] about 1100 slot and/or day swap.

************************************************************************
2. xbc wg requirements
************************************************************************

[GA] describes background from attending XML Binary Workshop in 09/2003;
communicated potential requirements at that time as broadcast streaming
of infoset in such a manner as to permit random stream access and
efficient recovery of high-priority infoset fragments.

[GA] requests volunteer to document a few paragraphs to send to XBC;
no volunteer forthcoming; will wait 1-2 weeks.

[MD] suggests that his recent email may be used;

[GA] asks about synchronization requirements;

[MD] important especially in combined video/audio context;

[GA] wonders if this is not merely part of the application domain (i.e.,
TT in our case), or an underlying streaming related requirement;

************************************************************************
3. review issue tracking database
************************************************************************

[GA] asks if anyone has reviewed their assigned issues? no...

[GA] quickly enumerates #s of issues assigned to parties, requests that
members begin process of review and resolve of issues;

[GA] hopes to have TT-AF-1-0 draft update by next meeting;
