That's a good question... exceptionally I could do something around 7:00
 (13:00 UTC+01), but on a regular basis, it would be more like 8:30 (14:30
UTC+01)

Yes. it really depends. Here I can call anywhere in North America for free
but not in Europe. That's why Skype or Google hangout might be the best. If
nobody sees issue with that, I would start with one of these solution. If
ever the quality is not good enough, we should look for something else.
