Chrome extension implementation of TPE

The Chrome browser extension now has a UI, so you can see Tk responses and
any TSR (or EFF DNT policy) , as well as third-parties and cookies. It has
the option to enforce DNT by limiting the expiry time of cookies, and also
lets you block servers who do not respond to your taste. It is always the
user’s choice, so no external lists involved.

It will soon have a UGE confirm facility. It is now called trackergate and
there will be a less technically ornate version called bouncer.

If you load it you can see the TSR on our site ( https://cookieq.eu/api/test
), or medium.com has both a TSR and the EFF policy.
