But this is a blanket requirement for all permitted uses; data held for a permitted use can only be used for that use, and no other purpose. If you need another purpose, you have to claim another permitted use. So I would remove this phrase, myself. I don't think we have recorded consensus on that other section, but I agree this part is not necessary if the blanket requirement remains. ....Roy
