My slides for today's week call

Hello DNT folks:

Attached please find the slides that I will use today to talk through recent meetings with WG stakeholders and with officials in Brussels and DC.

The person who was going to scribe today hit a conflict.  Could someone email Matthias and me if you're good to do it today?  (Also, helpful if you're willing other days to do it, so we can share the job around those willing to help?).

One thing -- I woke up sick today, and have already been to the doctor, who has said to go to bed and rest.  I will do the call today, but it may not be with as much energy as usual.
