Peter Swire's announcement

I too want to thank Peter for his hard work to advance on DNT.  I congratulate him on his new Presidential appointment (and of course, his recent wedding and appointment at Georgia Tech).

We did not always agree, but I know Peter diligently addressed issues of concern. 

I wish him the best (and please go after the NSA and the implications of the Prism et al process!).
