Re: Initial feedback on the well-known URI Proposal

If we are not able to come to a consensus decision prior to the f2f, then yes, I would expect Matthias would choose to make this a major point of discussion in DC. Agree with Kevin -- users shouldn't particularly notice a difference, and there shouldn't be a difference from a regulatory enforcement perspective that I see.
