Hi Tom, hi Bryan,

to revive our discussion about "user", I send you this suggestion:

"A user is any human being accessing online resources - deliberately or 
unintentionally - using user-agents."

Bryan, I left out "or group of human beings". I'm not sure if I would 
call this really one user or rather group of users, which I think is 
already included in this definition.
