Happy Thanksgiving to those who had one. Happy reduced email for those in Europe. :-)

I've gone through all of the messages sent to this dlist. All of the threads about the Compliance document should now be included in the notes field in each issue they cover if posters forgot to annotate with issue number. I only included the first message, not all messages from a thread, in the notes field. Therefore, please just remember to traverse the whole thread if you want to see the full discussion. 

I also closed Issue-100 as a duplicate of Issue-101. Straightforward; I mixed things up in the first place.

Overall, you are all pretty good about remembering to include issue numbers in mailing list messages. Fantastic. It will make my world a slightly happier place if the issue numbers also go into the subject line, too. Thanks!
