   We have some proposals about the next face-to-face meeting.
   Our proposal based on the doodle poll is as follows:
	Tuesday, January 24, starting after lunch
	Wednesday, January 25
	Thursday, January 26 ending at 5:00 pm
  We suggest to meet in or near Brussels to take advantage of
  proximity to people who may wish to observe.

  We will find a venue, then work on hotel recommendations,
  in order to give you 8 weeks to make travel arrangements.
