gkatsev has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webvtt: == some cue settings not linked to their description == `align` and text alignment are not linked together and this can make it hard for readers to follow how to set things. For example, the [`align` cue setting](https://www.w3.org/TR/webvtt1/#webvtt-alignment-cue-setting) mentions that it is a setting for "the alignment of text" but doesn't link to the [section describing text alignment](https://www.w3.org/TR/webvtt1/#webvtt-cue-text-alignment). `line` and `position` seem to be similarly not linked properly and other cue settings may be in a similar position.
