Re: Placing Tutorials (was Re: VTT authoring guide on Web Platform Docs?)

Good afternoon, 

I've uploaded the VTT tutorial to the Wiki. Wiki formatting feedback is greatly appreciated.

I'll be uploading a draft to the blog in a day or two.
